"This is the first negative review I’ve written on VRBO and we use VRBO quite often. We rented this place during New Years. Our toilet was plugged and we could not get hold of the manager by phone or email. We ended buying a plunger ourselves and unplugged the toilet and left the plunger for future guests. On the day of check in, we did not get the address and access code until almost noon after I repeatedly called and emailed. We had a 6 hour drive and not having an address made it quite...

"Clean room, great service."

"We had a very relaxing stay. It was comfortable and dog friendly. We didn’t bbq but it was there, we cooked breakfast and went out for dinner. It’s a beautiful, quiet setting and we loved sitting on the deck with the dogs enjoying the birds singing and watching the gray squirrels."

"The tiny cabin in Shaver was lovely. Everything was pretty much exactly as advertised, and the location was off the main road and easy to find. Restaurants and convenience stores were just a short distance and passwords and codes were provided. The fireplace worked perfectly and made the space feel cozy. The mattress was a little lumpy and the sheets and blankets probably could have used a good wash, but nothing that took away from the overall experience. "
