I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! Unfortunately i did go when the seaweed was at its fullest but i already knew so we planned to go to a cenote beach club and a lagoon and was amazing. Food is absolutely delicious at Tago and they have a Sushi restaurant there too that I highly recommend. Such an oasis and tranquility. Rooms were gorgeous and the vegetation around was so beautiful.
