"The pool was an ICE CUBE! The kids couldn’t even stay in for five minutes and it ruined my daughters birthday! "

"Checked into my room and there were absolutely no towels, the mini-fridge was missing and the bathroom sink faucet was not tightly held to the counter (I could move the base of it side to side and needed both hands, one to hold it and one to turn it on to use it). I contacted the front desk and was moved to a different room which didn't have any bar soap for handwashing in the bathroom and was missing a bathmat and several towels. There were wrappers under the pull out sofa bed and under the bed next to the wood that's suppose to prevent items from getting underneath the bed. Lastly, the ice machine was not working, and the closest one would have taken me two floors up or two floors down which was inconvenient. I have always had pretty good luck, but this stay was an exception to that average. The staff have always been nice and helpful when they could be and being able to have my dogs stay with me keeps me coming back. "

"So upon heading out of my room to go to the hot tub in the back, I discovered it wasn’t available anymore or at least not at this time so that was disappointing and then there were kids in the pool so I didn’t go in there yet the first night and when I tried to go in the hot tub upfront then it must be 105° cause I could not even get in barely with my legs let alone my whole body. It’s too hot!!!! Then I discovered the ice machine near my room doesn’t work and then when I wanted to call the front desk, there’s no phone in my room to call the front desk. It’s not hooked up to the wall. Is it supposed to be? and then when I did try to do the shower the next morning it was cold. It never heated up was freezing cold. . I ran it a number of minutes. I was in room 123 if you want to checkout that shower"

"The hotel staff was very nice. However, I found the supervisor to be a bit rude. The place definitely needs updating; but the property was very clean and my grandchildren had a fun time at the waterpark. They need to replace the plastic lattice that separates the baby pool from the deep end. There is a hole in it that a child can fit through."
