The room I got was very small and dinghy. The room wasn’t clean the tub was very dirty. The entire hotel needs an upgrade from the inside out. I could hear every noise known to mankind. I will never stay there again, wasn’t up to my standards.

Our check-in process was extremely frustrating, as we had to wait over 20 minutes without any staff present at the front desk. Once we finally checked in, we were shocked to discover visible blood stains on the mattress. The overall cleanliness of the establishment was unacceptable, and there were no elevators available to assist with carrying our luggage upstairs. We chose to leave immediately and request a full refund from Expedia!

Urine puddle in room, switched to new room and 2 out of 3 lamps did not work or had no lightbulbs, other people’s clothes still in room and hair all over bedsheets and shower/tub super dirty. The property was being worked on so it was not at its best. We chose the facility for its location and the"made to order" breakfast. The location worked well but the made to order breakfast was disappointing. Most of the food was pre-cooked and eggs were only available at an additional charge.

We stayed for just check the area of Bismark. The room that they gave us didnt had any shampoo, conditioner, lotion or body wash refillable pump or any soap bar at all. The A/C was not working. They even had a big plastic thing covering it because it seems like they were working on it. My boyfriend went to tell them and they gave us another one
