"Boiler went out and we were unable to shower which made our stay unpleasant. We were there only one night and our only goal was a pillow to lay our heads on and a warm shower. Sadly they did not meet our very basic needs."

"Just about everything was wonderful! Only issue was the restaurant was closed for the 1 night/day (on a Tuesday) we were there. And, the jacuzzis were also out of service. We didn’t try the heated pool but at least the sauna was working. The view out our room window helped us to forget the shortcomings. ..."
