It is located between the outlets and the center of town so you're in the mix of it all. Most come to hike, shop or enjoy the peace and quiet of Mother Nature. Our spot provides the NH country feel and space you're looking for. The convenience of being so close to it all also helps. It has a full kitchen / dining room, living room with a massive couch that can fit the whole family, 3 bedrooms (1 currently is for storage only), 2 bathrooms and includes a washer / dryer. Enjoy all of what North Conway has to offer season to season. The location was great- heart of N. Conway and 15 minutes to Attitash. Not a lot of extra fees and reasonable cost. Great communication. The one thing that bothered us was the overwhelming foul smell from the water- it resolved after a day or so and was likely from the hot water heater as it had probably sat for a while. The grass was a foot high. The biggest disappointment was that the unit was advertised as two bathrooms, but one of the bathroom doors was locked and no access. Overall, it was just not a very pleasant experience. A lot of little things added up to make us wish that we had not reserved this property. We would never choose to stay here again. ##### Jeff B. The inside of home is as described. Nice living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Had many things needed. Kitchen well stocked, linens on beds, towels to use for bathrooms. Dated but clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Only drawback for us was the outside. Lawn was at least a foot tall. There's a fire pit but would have to sit in tall grass to use. Out back messy to bring dogs out so we crossed street and went to train tracks. I would go again though for the location and comfort of the mobile home. One of the bathrooms was out of order and locked, which created a big inconvenience for 4 adults. We were not informed of this change. The fridge had food in it and a note not to touch it! the trash can was full and smelled of diapers and was not removed until the 3rd day we were there. The pans in the cabinet were dirty with oil and left over food, seems like were put back without being washed. The cabinets, table and chairs were sticky and the overused plastic plates were very consumed and were not usable. The place overall had a persistent, pungent dog smell.
