Clean, lots of room, and all the appliances worked. It was quiet and on the second floor so no one above us. We cross country ski at Jackson and Great Glen and it is an easy drive to them with a bit longer drive to Bretton Woods. It is also close to dining and stores in North Conway. This was a clean, nice, spacious condo. We used the pool and made some meals in the kitchen. It was close to many attractions and quiet at night.
