"Well, overall, we had a great time in Montego Bay. The worst part of the hotel was the housekeeping . After the room was cleaned, we had to wait hours to get clean towels and even when the towels were delivered to the room, they looked as though they weren’t completely clean. It was a little dingy. I should say wasn’t like completely white. We had to request towels almost every day, request soap, request shampoo request, conditioner, request lotion. It was like I felt we were begging for the item that was supposed to come with our room and we did book a king Oceanview room, which was supposed to be one of the top-of-the-line rooms. There was even a day when our room was not even cleaned. We had to call the front desk and the housekeeping supervisor herself had to come and clean our room."
