"Nothing was explain upon arrival. We had no clue about how to get around the resort and asked for someone to explain and we got nothing. Everything seems like a sale in an all inclusive resort where we thought everything was included. We weren’t aware of anything. The staff appears overworked and tired. "I would never recommend this property. It is dated and worn out. The food was terrible and yet somehow everything tasted the same. We couldn’t even try some of the restaurants on property because they were either closed or no reservations available. The 2 hot tubs we saw were filthy and damaged. Snorkeling from the beach was literally the only redeeming quality for this resort. This experience was so bad that I wouldn’t trust any Couples Resort moving forward. If you are looking for a quiet and romantic experience, this is not the property for you…LOUD music every single night late into the night. The beach was dirty. There really was nothing good about this place aside from what we got to see while snorkeling just beyond the beach area. "
