"This property was definitely not ready to reopen. Restaurants were still closed, all pools were not open, elevators NEVER worked in the mornings, we always had to take the stairs up and down to get around the property and back and forth to our room and when it rained there was water everywhere on our room level in the halls. There was absolutely nothing enjoyable about the property. The shows are only on Friday, the pool closed at 3 and 6pm. Everything we did and enjoyed doing was off the property. Staying here was definitely a waste of money and I do not feel I got my money worth and I would not recommend this location to anyone. I am HIGHLY disappointed, feel like I was robbed for my money. Worst all inclusive resort I have even encountered. "

"If you’re looking for a fun but relaxing place to go to Rui Reggae is the place for you. You’re also able to go to the other neighbor hotels that have different vibes. Rui Reggae is by far the best place to vacation. You have 3 different pools, the beach, swim up bars & fun games throughout your stay.The cleanliness of the rooms were excellent & also comes with a balcony. The STAFF was amazing whether you’re at the lobby bar/front desk, the buffet for breakfast, lunch, dinner, entertainment staff EVERYONE! You’ll feel welcomed, entertained & at home. Thank you Rui Reggae!!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely return. The property was very clean throughout, including the rooms, pools, beach areas, and common spaces. The beach is beautiful, although a little rocky in some spots, but still a lovely place to relax and enjoy the water. What truly made this hotel special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Alexa at reception, who was outstanding ,professional, kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. She made a big difference in our stay. Also, Trudy-Ann from housekeeping was amazing, trust worthy , thorough, friendly, and kept our room spotless. The food was excellent, with many delicious options every day. There was always something great to eat, and the restaurants were very enjoyable. The bartenders were also fantastic, friendly, fun, and attentive.We also loved the entertainment. The shows were very well done, with great singers and dancers, and it was nice that they offered entertainment for both kids and adults. There were always activities at the pools and beach, which made the stay even more enjoyable.The only issue we experienced was with the room keys, which stopped working more than once. Having to return to the front desk to reactivate them was frustrating. Aside from that small inconvenience, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation, specially if you are a family wanting a good vacation."

"Despite my high expectations for Moon Palace Jamaica, our stay was a significant disappointment from beginning to end. Upon check-in, we encountered a series of issues. After a lengthy travel day, we were met with disorganization, extended wait times, and staff who appeared overwhelmed and uninterested in assisting. What should have been a seamless welcome transformed into a frustrating and exhausting process. The situation did not improve upon obtaining access to the rooms . We were assigned the incorrect rooms, and instead of a prompt resolution, it required multiple conversations and additional waiting to rectify the error. There was a lack of urgency or accountability from the staff, which exacerbated the situation. The most concerning aspect, however, was the cleanliness of the dining areas. We encountered cockroaches in eating spaces, which is unacceptable for any resort, particularly one that markets itself as a high-end, all-inclusive experience. For the price point, the food quality and overall service do not meet expectations. Meals were underwhelming snd service throughout the resort felt slow and inattentive. Overall, this experience fell far short of what one would expect from a resort of this caliber. Between the chaotic check-in, incorrect room assignment, hygiene concerns, and poor value for money, I would not recommend staying here and would not return."

"Ocean view with great entertainment team throughout the week not for adults and children. Friendly vacationers and staff. Buffet and signature restaurants excellent selection and delicious food. A truly enjoyable vacation. Minor drawback is rockiness of ocean floor after first 20 feet."
