From the circular shell-covered driveway to the cedar shakes and starfish shutters, this home is full of "old cape cod" character, but with modern amenities. We love the generous living and outdoor spaces that allow us to comfortably entertain our family and friends — there is plenty of space to gather together or, when desired, sneak off to read a book in private. The first floor features two comfortable living rooms, one with a flat screen television and an adjoining dining area that includes a 7-foot dining table — great for family dinners. Also on the first floor are a modern eat-in kitchen, a laundry area, a full bath, and two bedrooms. The first-floor master contains a pillow-top king bed and plasma television, while the second first-floor bedroom contains a pillow top queen bed. The second floor features 3 bedrooms and a ¾ bath. In fact, we spent a lot of time outdoors around the gas firepit or playing pitch'n'catch, croquet, frisbee... Inside, the dining/family room was large enough for board games, puzzles, TV watching, and toys! Leaving the living room available to the grown-ups who had work commitments. The house offered up so much space for our family of 8 and would have been super for more (we had 3 that could not make it).
