Staff was excellent. Hotel is in a convenient location. Complimentary beach chairs was much appreciated. Just know the walls are not sound proof which is beyond the staffs control. You will hear every thing in the hallways and room above you…everything.

I like that the ocean was a 2 min walk, and that party side of Miami was a short drive away.

Well located hotel within walking distance to Ocean Drive. The room was comfortable and quiet. It’s a pity that the restaurant and bar is not operating currently, would be lovely to enjoy drinks there. Otherwise was the perfect stay for us as we explored South Beach!

The Staff were all incredible and easy to talk to. They went above and beyond, friendly and very professional, every last person from Front desk to the Rooftop Hostess. The breakfast was very good. We ate for 2 days. We did not have lunch/dinner at the hotel. The room was nice and well decorated. We had a small room nothing fancy. The Bathroom was on the smaller side, but I loved the shower, my Girlfriend did not. We didn’t opt for a room with a view so the window looked at another building next door. Doesn’t bother at all. We had only 3 issues with our stay. The pillows on the bed look big and fluffy, but they are very light and not very support at all. My head went straight to the through to the bed with 2 of them. The Bed felt cheap and it definitely needed replacing. The mattress had been sunken in on one side and the other side I would slide off of it. The last issue which is very important. They have small fridges in the rooms with no freezer. I asked for a fridge with a freezer or a freezer they did not have one. My Girlfriend is diabetic and needed a cold place for her insulin and a freezer for her ice packs. The original fridge in the room was broke and they replaced it. We had to ask the Bartenders to keep her icepack in the freezer in the kitchen. Had to use buckets of ice to keep her insulin cold because the fridge did not get cold, even when it was changed out. All in all, if they fix the bed and fridge we would stay again. Love the Staff!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend it! Largely thanks to Victor the driver of the house car his warm, professional, and efficient service truly made our trip special. Give this employee a raise!
