I was unable to answer the "other" what did I like as the field did open properly. Awesome property, value, room and services. The real difference is that I have ever experienced such a great staff. I interacted with 4. The energy, sincerity and up& above service was a surprisingly great experience. I was having an issue with my shorts being too lose. One of the staff members tried to find me a belt. Incredible service a hotel chain vs, the singular, very high priced hotel. With great enthusiasm, I would recommend to anyone

Really nice room, staff was great and efficient. The only thing I didn't like was exiting the property was a little difficult if you were trying to turn left. But that's really minor.

My family and I had an outstanding stay here! The best part was how nice and welcoming the staff all were. The continental breakfast spread was plentiful and Ms. Rikki there was just the BEST! She greeted us every morning at breakfast, served us, and always checked in to make sure we were doing enjoying our meal. You don’t really see that type of service at hotel continental breakfasts, since they’re typically self-serve, so to experience that world class service she gave us here left such a great impression on us. We will certainly come back, and it’s thanks to great service staff members like Ms. Rikki provide! The hospitality here was truly exceptional and definitely unmatched!

Seemed to be safe. No disturbance of other occupants. Noise level could be better but I was in the area of heavy traffic. Staffing was polite and friendly. Rooms spacious, clean with good amenities. You get what you pay for and being a little pricey it was well worth the money. Will definitely reserve and stay there again.

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The staff from the front desk, house cleaning and food are all amazing. Very clean and friendly and goes out of there way to accommodate us when we arrived early from a long travel. I will definitely be going back again.

Great place to stay for NFL Hall of Fame visit
We stayed here for a trip to the NFL Hall of Fame. It is pretty close to the attraction, the room itself was really nice, a suite. Super modern, very clean, clean lines. But the best part was the wonderful lady who made waffles that day. She took the BEST care of us, particularly my brother who is special needs. Choice Hotels, figure out who she is, and do something nice for her. And hire more folks like her.

Great Hotel
What a wonderful and modern hotel. All the staff was super friendly and nice. The hotel was clean and offered some good amenities. The room was larger than I expected. I would definitely stay here again

I have never stayed here but so glad we did. Everyone was so friendly. Easy and quick check-in. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels and the super nice breakfast lady making waffles. The only thing was the fire alarm going off at 1:00 am. Glad there was no fire though.
