Stay was great, it was smaller than what was pictured but still enough for the three of us. We were looking forward to the free transportation to Universal however it only runs a few hours in am and pm(odd times) and had to reserve 24hours in advance, which didn’t not work for us. So we had to pay for parking at the parks which house hours would’ve been mentioned beforehand.

We loved it there the only problem was the H2O waterpark. They should allow families to bring in a small cooler with food. Little kids eat slot and frequently. It’s very expensive to keep buying food for them to eat a little and waste.Then be hungry an hour later. I prefer to bring healthy snacks in then giving processed foods.

This was our first stay here and it was wonderful. We had a ground level 1 bedroom next to one of the 4 pools. Our room came with a pull out couch, queen or king bed, washer + dryer and kitchen and patio. Everything we could ever need. Lots of towels which we washed when needed. We used the heated pools most. The hotel is close to alot of stores ect. We would deff stay again it was very clean, updated and lots of pools for the kids.

Air vent in bathroom was dirty, cobwebs in the corners, bathtub dirty ( we only used the shower as the tub was to dirty to sit in) We went away for the day and came back, only one bed was made and sand was still on the floor, no vacuuming while we were gone. Music until the wee hours of the morning ...
