"Art on the Beach was an amazing place to stay while we were visiting Sebastian for Mel Fisher Days!! We enjoyed the display and design of the house and intend to return when we have more time to spend viewing the magnificent art collection and to relax in the intentional spaces! Greg was very responsive when we had questions regarding accessing the beach and where to find items in the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked, with plenty of cookware, coffee and spices. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs and toys. And the beach is just steps away down a sandy path. All in all — an amazing retreat just steps away from a beautiful and quiet beach!!!!"

"This was our fourth stay at the Hawley Tree House, and once again it was an amazing vacation! We keep coming back because it's such a peaceful, safe, and relaxing place to stay. The private Summerplace beach access is only about a five-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the beautiful beach whenever we wanted.We were pleasantly surprised to see several nice updates since our last visit, including a new living room set, new comforters, and additional beach accessories like chairs and an umbrella. These thoughtful upgrades made our stay even more comfortable.One of the highlights of this trip was getting to know more of the local community. We were invited to the annual Fourth of July block party a few streets away, and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The entire area has a charming small-town feel that immediately makes you feel at home. We also enjoyed a character breakfast at Disney's Vero Beach Resort, which is just a few blocks away, and spent a day exploring McKee Botanical Garden. The botanical garden was absolutely beautiful.I also can't say enough about our host, Liz. She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and responsive. It's clear she genuinely cares about making sure her guests have a wonderful experience.Every time we visit, we're reminded why we love this place so much. The neighborhood is quiet, the beach is beautiful, and the overall atmosphere is incredibly serene. It truly feels like a home away from home. Already ready for #5!"
