Our 3 nights stay here was incredible. The owner is open and friendly, warm and welcoming. The room is immaculate, with attention to detail and a complimentary bottle of Vinho Verde. The pool is well situated, clean and warm in the evening. The breakfast is a fantastic spread of traditional and contemporary foods (their daily cake is to die for!). We look forward to staying with you again in the near future!

The staff were increbidly welcoming, the room is fabulous, so spacious, with all the extras you could wish for.

Incredible stay! Beautiful setting, stunning room, amazing food and wonderful wine! The standout is the team, from the kitchen to the hosting staff. Best hotel stay I’ve ever had!

This is the nicest European hotel we have ever stayed in. The building is fabulous, really nicely converted with lots of thoughtful design choices. The rooms are lovely, beds super comfy, nice big fluffy towels. Great indoor spa facilities (we had a brilliant couples massage) and the outdoor pool is the perfect place to swim and relax with a cocktail. There are loads of nice places to sit and relax inside and outside. Staying here feels as comfortable as being at home. The breakfast is...

We have not written a travel review before but we do read them, and our choice of this Guest House was influenced by the good reviews we read. We are sharing our experience this time in the hope that other travellers may find it useful. The InPatio Guest House is delightful. We are both very pleased that we stayed here. The location is great - central but still nice and quiet in the room. The river, tourist sightseeing, and plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes are within very close distance...

A truly delightful experience that far exceeded my expectations, from the service and the people to the quality of the hotel. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and definitely somewhere I will come back to for a longer stay.

We loved our stay at Peneda ecofarm. It is well located for walks in the National Park and only an hours drive from Porto's airport. There are several natural river pools to swim in with in a 30 minute drive of the accomodation. Which we were directed to by the owners. Our room was modern and fresh with a lovely balcony. The air conditioning was great for night time. The breakfast and evening meals were carefully prepared and delicious with fantastic local vino verde. The local town of Ponte...

What a fabulous break we have just had thanks to Manual and his team. This is a family run , small Vinyard in a stunning location. We even had a little tour of the old house which is dating back 19 generations of the family. We booked on the day while touring the area. The rooms are brand new , inside old barns and buildings. Small but just what we needed as we had a large pool and garden just near the room. The breakfast was excellent. Served by really nice staff. We went for the dinner and...

The hotel has a spectacular position overlooking the river and historical centre of Porto. Service was excellent and not overbearing. Breakfast and dining generally were high quality. The outside pool area is lovely. You can walk down to the river direct from the hotel, where there are a lot of bars and restaurants - it is however quite a steep path, so perhaps not suitable for all. Thoroughly recommended.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and the hotel was situated in an ideal central location

Exceptional staff, and very comfortable bed.

The hotel is excellently located, very near to all the tourism spots. Very close to the river. We got a very warm and friendly welcome, and our host sat down with us and helped us plan our trip, suggesting where we could visit each day. We found this really helpful, having someone with local knowledge helped us shape and plan our stay better. The room was very comfortable. It wasn't a big room but was everything we needed, including a great coffee machine. The shower room was fantastic. ...

The warmest welcome and best check in I have ever known. Excellent central location, really attractive premises, spacious quiet room, comfortable beds. Absolutely all the staff were really friendly and very helpful, all extremely efficient. Breakfast was superb and served in a delightful room with a cafe bar. It was a pleasure to stay there.

We stayed in the apartment block, room 4 at the rear—really quiet, which was ideal. Situated between Sao Bento and the riverside, it's the perfect place to explore this great city.

Great stay at suite 406 and hospitable staff. Barbara at the breakfast session was great. Good luck with your competition and tournaments Barbara!

The apartment was in a great location right beside Sao Bento train station. It was tastefully designed with two little balconies and two little recessed seating areas as well as the main area. We had a separate bedroom that was dark and quiet. The staff were exceptional - from Clara, etc on reception to the housekeeping staff, all were friendly and warm. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

One of the best hotels, staff is amazing and super friendly!

Amazing. Step back in time to a beautiful traditional hotel set at the top of a hill overlooking Viana. Stunning views . Privacy excellent . I’m definitely going back
