Everything was was clean and tidy as you would expect, the staff were always very helpful and accommodating, our room was pretty good for layout and overall decor, the bed was comfortable, use of on site washing machines and tumble dryers was good at $1.50 for a cycle with $10 rolls of quarters available at the reception, I couldn't complain at anything really, especially not for the price we paid.

I’m a little confused why the reviews are so high for this place. The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. My room seemed to be a former suite split into two hotel rooms which made the configuration awkward and meant I could hear voices in the room next to mine through the locked door. The drapes were broken so one side wouldn’t open, and there was a constant buzzing noise coming from the air conditioning. I mentioned both of these issues to the front desk but nothing was done to fix the situation as far as I know. I decided to check out after one night and book a different hotel. I’m still waiting for a refund from Expedia.

Advise people about ordering Steak fritte being hard to order w room service.

The area was okay. The property not maintained under previous management team. The pool was closed during July 4th. Our reservation was booked showing pool availability. No notified us. One grill was working and thank God we had our own grilling tools. The backdoor to parking your car doesn't work, look under the door is rotten with holes for everything to enter in the building. Front desk will not tell you the door key doesn't work. The microwave not working, the room not prepared properly the dishes in dishwasher and missing kitchen supplies. The towels and wash clothes are dingy. The maintenance is extremely horrible and short staff. I missed previous management team. We used to stay there three times during the summer time and now we will not be booking at this hotel. My vacation was ruined
