"The AC unit in my room was rattling, so I had to switch rooms on the second night. The beds were really comfortable though. I’m not really a carpet person, so I wasn’t a huge fan of that. The breakfast buffet was good, but pretty expensive. Parking was also $31 a day, which honestly feels ridiculous when you’re already paying to stay at the hotel. It’s such a big hotel, so it’s surprising they don’t include or take responsibility for parking."

"Everything was clean and comfortable however, a little run down. The drapes were ripped and stuff looked a little worn. I would go back, though. The overall experience was great."

"Cleaning staff was up and at it early. I was hoping to sleep in a bit but they were making a lot of noise and I couldn’t get back to sleep. As I was leaving a cleaning staff member asked me you leaving now, to get into the room. Not how was your stay. I chose this particular hotel because I had a medical emergency on a flight into Portland and had to go to the ER after I landed. I got in late and was hoping to rest and check out was advertised as noon instead of 11. I needed some extra sleep before I could make a two and a half hour drive home. But the slamming of doors and giggling and talking by cleaning staff made that impossible. I expected some noises early in the Am and had ear plugs. But there didn’t seem to be consideration for guests who actually checked out late. "

"Do not stay here it is scary. Cigarette burns and hair in the sheets, very beat up room which smelled terrible! Shady folks live here look elsewhere."

"The lobby, bar, and other common areas are very nice and clean. The rooms have everything that you need in them. And the elevators are super efficient and fast even when it felt like a lot of people were going up and down. If you do self parking, it is just around the corner maybe a 50 yd walk. Just keep that in mind."
