Great place for families on a budget. Cleanliness, facilities, etc are what you would expect for the price. Staff are fantastic. Very kind and helpful. Great location, the parking spot alone is worth the price. Great for spring break or summer vacation. Highly recommend for those not looking to overspend on useless luxury lodging. American Safari is great. We will definitely be back again.

Quiet neighbours, even on a Saturday night! Very pleasing budget room. Clean and tidy. Laundry available, quiet ice machine. Option of stairs to lower level or ramp wich was appreciated due to mobility concerns. Over a great stay, we canceled out right aeay!

THE MAN AT THE DESK WAS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. BECAUSE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO SNOW HE STRONGLY SUGGESTED THAT I PARKED ON A SPECIFIC SIDE OF THE BUILDING BECAUSE IT WAS LEVEL AND THE OTHER SIDE WAS SLOPED. ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. COULD OF HAD A COUPLE MORE CUPS. BUT OTHERWISE I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

When we entered town, we drove right on by, due to the large pole sign being burned out. When we did finally find the location, the photos on the website did not come close to the photos on the website. The parking lot was very dark and heavy traveled. I did get checked into the room and did a walk through, we could not stay in the hotel. The main light in the room did not work, there was no secondary lock on the door and the bed skirt was filthy. Not sure if it was bodily fluids or food. You could tell it was not a smoke free hotel. Needless to say, My daughter and I did not stay, and we had to go buy another room in town. No secondary lock on the door pretty much opens the possibility to anyone entering your room in the middle of the night. I would really like to get my money back to be honest, but Wyndham really should take a look into this location. I understand it is hard to find help now a days, but safety and cleanliness is a must when you have a hotel.

The staff were extremely accommodating. Provided everything I requested with promptness and concern. The only problem was some of the people didn’t speak or understand English so we couldn’t communicate. The room was clean enough but the exterior had a sewer smell in some areas.
