Overall the room was okay, however it received such a low score because our keys didn’t work when we first arrived, found hair in our shower and noticed small spots of blood staining near the top of the sheets while climbing into bed. Also our door wouldn’t shut and lock from the inside, you had to giggle the knob and then shut it before the door would lock properly. The gentleman at the counter was friendly. Helpful when our keys didn’t work.
