Every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique AirBnb stay. Also available for monthly rental. Please submit inquiry for monthly availability. \-All utilities included in monthly rent Parking - Guests are given one parking spot in the parking lot. We do not have designed street parking - additional parking can be found at the beach access across the street. Beach chairs are available. We were only a couple blocks from beach access. The beach in this area is also much more relaxed than the main VA Beach. Theres also options to drive to eat. Our main concern for the lower rating review is the cleanliness of this apartment. First thing we noticed was the smell, like old second hand smoke. Then there seemed to be a film on everything. After taking a shower we noticed in the bathroom there seems to be bleed through from second hand smoke evidence through the paint in several spots. There seemed to be a lot of dirty spots on the walls, and my kids feet would be black after walking around barefoot after showering. The bathroom didn’t seem to be cleaned recently, or maybe had been sitting since the last cleaning? The couch also had random light staining. It would have been a much better experience if it as cleaned properly. Especially for the nightly price we paid. When staying at properties like this you know other people have stayed there and don’t expect cleanliness to be absolutely pristine all the time.
