The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you used the BBQ grill, clean the grill. There
will be an additional $50 cleaning fee if grill
has to be cleaned.
Clean any dog waste in the yard.
Make sure the front and back door is shut and
locked. The garage door should be shut.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rules
No smoking allowed. This applies to the entire property. Any evidence of smoking will incur a $500 minimum fine or the actual cost of remediation.
No parties or large gatherings. A max of 6 guests are allowed on the property at any time. Any violation of this will result in a minimum $500 fine
We are pet friendly, with a $25/night fee. Only house trained dogs allowed. Any undisclosed pets prior to arrival will be issued a $200 fine.
