Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel
Friendly staff at check in and in Concierge; the valet evening staff could have been more cordial. However, the young man, Future, was very personable and hospitable. Clean, spacious room. Biggest complaint would be the non working elevators and the broken ice machine on the Concierge level.

Everyone was extremely professional. Check-in was absolutely painless. Check out was a bit hectic. Lots of people checking out, not enough staff. They really needed a key dropbox

Great location and artsy design, but tell someone to replace the scratched up headboards. Just kinda gross! Very strange that a Hilton would allow that.
