The Swanen Hus is one of the historic buildings on the Nordstrand peninsula, lovingly renovated with a wonderful view over the fields.

The holiday home offers space for up to 6 guests on over 160 square metres. The spacious ground floor offers three bedrooms, a bathroom and a large eat-in kitchen with a fully equipped modern kitchenette and a dining table for six people. There is also a utility room with its own laundry room. On the upper floor is the living room with a wood-burning stove, a second living room and study with its own workspace and a second large bathroom. The holiday home is surrounded by a large private garden with two private terraces that invite you to linger.

Swanen Hus is centrally located and within walking distance of a bakery, the island department stores' and other localities. The sea can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.
