This spacious apartment on the 1st floor of the house (accessible via a separate entrance) offers you plenty of space - whether in the dining area with access to the well-equipped kitchen or on the comfortable sofa with chaise longue while enjoying TV, music system with CD player, information/reading material or on the balcony for breakfast, enjoying the view at the end of the evening or relaxing after interesting daytime activities in the large bedroom with a view of the sunset.  
  
A small "snoring room" allows for a separate night's sleep.  
  
The shower and WC are separate and equipped with a washbasin.
