"We didn’t have high expectations from this place.
Check in person wasn’t speaking English but was very helpful.
Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
The common area and specially the restrooms and showers were not very clean.
Location is in a middle of nowhere.
The price was super high due to the Euro 24 championship.
Ok stay but we will probably not stay there again. "

"It was okay, but there seemed to be some renovation work going on at the hotel. Because of that, not all services were available. Also, breakfast wasn’t served at 7:30 – nobody was there yet. It was set up later, which made us almost late for an appointment."
"Hotel was fine. Very conveniemt just across from main Essen station. Bit dated and the area surrounding it isn't great but staff very friendly and helpful. Main shopping area is just a few yards away "
