"This was one of my families favorite stops on our Euro trip! The staff were very friendly and helpful and there were endless games for us to play. We had a great time hanging out in the lobby and playing games together. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was delicious! The best things about this hotel:
The location is great, it’s a quick walk to a lot of the main attracting areas such as Nyhavn.
The hotel is very clean, no complaints there at all.
The restaurant looked very nice, I did not eat there myself, but it was packed for breakfast every morning, and it looked and smelled good.
Check-in was fast and easy and self-service.
Because of the self check in, I didn’t really interact with any staff so I can’t comment on that.
All of the elevators were very fast!
Things I did not love:
There is no room phone where you can call to the front desk.
There was a little walkway area to the side of the hotel, where teenagers would congregate every evening and play really loud music and smoke various things. One night there was also a man there who appeared to be intoxicated and was by himself, but ranting loudly. This bothered me because it made me feel less safe, and the walkway was directly to a little market just behind the hotel which I liked to frequent. But I was nervous, walking back to the hotel."
