Im Schrank stand noch eine offene Dose Erdnüsse und eine offene Packung Schwarzbrot sowie Milchbrötchen.Die gesamte Einrichtung zeigt an unterschiedlichen Stellen Mängel (Heizung im Bad sehr unansehnlich, Türblätter abgeblättert, durchgelegene Matratze etc.) Insgesamt „ungemütlich“ weil keine Teppiche (nachvollziehbar wen er Mietmöglichkeit mit Hund) aber auch die Lichtsituation war sehr ungemütlich. Beim Einschalten der Dunstabzugshaube ist die Elektronik durchgebrannt - danach Stromausfall und dann eine sehr unfreundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermietungsservice. Am Folgetag (bei uns Abreisetag) keine Heizung und kein warmes Wasser. Kein Ofen! Kaffeemaschine da - obwohl es nicht in der Beschreibung steht. Ingesamt waren wir zufrieden, aber das waren Dinge die uns schon gestört haben. Sehr schöner Garten! ##### Laura J. Obwohl das Haus sehr hellhörig ist, waren wir nun schon zum dritten Mal da, denn es ist wunderbar aufgeteilt, und der kleine Garten lädt selbst im Oktober ein, dort zu verweilen (Parterrewohnung). Das Mobiliar (Betten, Schrankbetten, Couch, Sessel) ist geschmackvoll ausgesucht und sehr bequem. Hervorzuheben ist auch die neue Sitz/Essecke, die sehr gemütlich ist. Die Nähe zur Innenstadt ist perfekt, gleichzeitig lädt der wohnungseigene Parkplatz ein, das Auto mitzunehmen und das Ende der Insel zu erkunden. In der Küche könnte mehr Besteck (kleine Löffel) und Geschirr (Teller) sein, und die Pfanne sollte erneuert werden, denn sie entspricht in keinerlei Weise dem Standard der vorhandenen guten Töpfe. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Die Mitarbeiterinnen des Norderneyer Wohnungsservice sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets ansprechbar, wir haben uns gut betreut gefühlt.
