Apartment 3 in the Flechtner Building

This lovingly furnished holiday rental combines modern comfort in the sleeping area with a cosy, well-maintained living environment.

The attic features two spacious bedrooms that were completely renovated in 2023. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and a large closet. One of the bedrooms also features a cosy hammock—perfect for relaxing.

Large windows provide plenty of natural light and can be completely darkened—ideal for restful nights. Since one bedroom serves as a walk-through to the second, the rooms are still spacious and comfortably laid out.

The kitchen, as well as the living and dining areas, are located on the lower level of the apartment.

This part of the apartment has not yet been modernised, but it is very well-maintained, clean, and fully functional.

The kitchen is well-equipped and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. A dining table with comfortable chairs, a cosy sofa area, and a television ensure your comfort.

A beautiful balcony with patio furniture invites you to relax outdoors—ideal for breakfast in the sun or a quiet evening.

There is a children’s playground directly across from the house—ideal for families with children.
