Fenster im Bad war sehr angenehm. Es fehlten Teekanne (Stövchen wäre schön gewesen) und eine Abstellmöglichkeit am Sofa für ein Buch und ein Glas Wein. Wir haben keinen Abend dort gesessen, es war zu ungemütlich. Zumal wir die Vorhänge hätten zuziehen müssen, um nicht gesehen zu werden. Plissee-Rollo würde schon Abhilfe schaffen (Wohn-/Essbereich liegt direkt an der Straße - teilweise nachts etwas laut). Die Verwalterin war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ungewöhnlich: vorherige Zahlung einer Kaution neben voller Zahlung des Mietpreises. Die Verwalterin hat sich auch in diesem Punkt sehr angenehm verhalten.
