Schöne, auf den ersten Blick sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Bei voller Bestuhlung ist allerdings der Durchgang in der Küche sehr eng und auch das Bad könnte etwas größer sein. Für zwei Personen ist das aber nicht so relevant. Die Lage ist sehr günstig in Bezug auf die Ortsmitte und die nahegelegenen Bushaltestellen. Die Gartenstraße ist sehr grün und ruhig, wenngleich das benachbarte Schulgelände vormittags gut zu hören ist. Ein Balkon ist nicht vorhanden.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht ganz. Obwohl das Küchenmobiliar äußerst hochwertig war, fehlte doch einiges an Inventar, was man von preiswerteren Wohnungen durchaus gewohnt ist, z.B. eine Kaffeemaschine, die mit Filterkaffee oder Pads klar kommt. Der negativste Punkt war das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Es ist halt nur ein Notbett und für sehr große und dementsprechend schwere Personen völlig ungeeignet. So ist unser Mitreisender bereits 3 Tage vor Ende des Urlaubs abgereist, weil er auf dem Notbett nicht schlafen konnte und Schmerzen in Rücken und Schulter bekam. Mit der Lage waren wir jedoch sehr zufrieden; auch die Velux-Dachfensterbalkons sind super und sorgen für gute Durchlüftung und Helligkeit. Zum Glück war die Wohnung gegenüber, auf deren Dachterrasse man direkt schaut, nicht belegt, so dass es kein Problem mit eindringendem Zigarettenqualm gab. Auch sehr gut ist die Möglichkeit, seine Fahrräder im Hof abstellen zu können und insgesamt der ordentliche Hinterhof. Wunderbar viel Stauraum gab es auch in der Wohnung, allerdings stand für meinen Geschmack zu viel Dekokram rum. s.o.

Ein toller Kurzurlaub mit der Familie. Die Lage ist perfekt... schönes, sauberes Apartment. Nur ein Tip... man sollte zusehen, dass man die Fähre über die Frisonaut website vorher bucht.... und am Anreisetag nicht zu spät am Hafen erscheint :)))
