Entweder eiseskaelte oder bombenhitze Das fenster im wz konnte nicht auf kipp gestellt werden Die tueren waren so locker das bei jedem windstoss die tueren klapperten

Tolle Lage saubere Wohnung alles da was man braucht Die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen Die Jalousien an den Fenstern würde ich gegen Plissees austauschen. Hier und da bei den Fenstern ein bisschen überstreichen. Und in Wohnung Nr. 9 mal das Türschloss und den Schließer überprüfen… Tür lässt sich schlecht abschließen und Türgriff ist sehr wackelig.

Durchgangszimmer beachten. Leider kein Außenplatz (wie auf den Dächern rundum) und kein Balkon. Aussicht daher wenig attraktiv. Ausstattung verbessern: Hygieneeimer im Bad, Hocker im Bad, Blumenschmuck, Müllplatz in der Strandstraße regelmäßig säubern, Fächer in den Schlafzimmer-Schränken. Fenster lassen sich nicht ganz öffnen, nur mit Haltekissen o.ä. Hilfsmitteln. Mehr Geschirr (Teller, Becher, Kompottschälchen, Küchenschere.

Primitive Wohnung Kein Eis für den notfallmässigen Süsshunger möglich ,Tiefkühltruhe lässt sich nicht öffnen. Bei der Bedienung der Kaffeemaschine braucht es viel Improvisation ,war defekt Bitte Geduld und Übung beim Ab-/Aufschliessen der Wohnung ,kein Originalschlüssel. Sofa und Teppich sehr schmuddelig. Bitte mehr Tranzparenz bei der Wohnungsbeschreibung. Ich hätte gerne schon im Voraus gewusst ,dass es sich um eine primitive Wohnung ohne Internet handelt. Freundliche Grüsse

Die Lage des Objekts ist gut. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war ok. Die Wohnung an sich ist alt und nur mit Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Am ersten Abend haben wir kein Licht im Wohnzimmer, weil die Glühbirne von der Deckenleuchte kaputt war. Die Stehlampe im Wohnzimmer auf dem Foto im Inserat stand nicht in der Wohnung. Das Fenster im Wohnzimmer ließ sich nicht auf Kipp stellen und es voll aufmachen ließen die an der Fensterwand angebrachten Jalousien nicht zu, auch konnten wir die nicht runter lassen, weil die Schnüre verdreht und in dem Heizkörper eingeklemmt waren. Beim auf Kipp geöffnetem Fenster im Schlafzimmer klapperten die Jalousien beim starken Wind an Fensterrahmen , dementsprechend war im Schlafzimmer sehr laut. Man konnte bei geöffneten Fenstern im Schlafzimmer nicht schlafen. Bei starken Regen lief Wasser durch die geschlossenen Fenster in Wohn-und -Schlafzimmer, dass dieses Problem schon vor uns gab, sah man an den Spuren an Wänden und Fussböden. Es gab keine Möglichkeit, das Wasser wegzuwischen, weil die notwendigen Utensilien fehlten.( Es gibt keine "Besenkammer"). Wir haben 2 Mal um Abhilfe gebeten. Der nette Mirarbeiter hat uns geholfen, wo er konnte. Was nicht in seiner Kompetenz war, wird hoffentlich von einem Fachmann in näheren Zukunft in Ordnung gebracht Wegen dem WLAN haben wir uns einige Tage vor der Anreise schriftlich erkundigt. Antwort: momentan ist WLAN nicht vorhanden, aber man arbeitet dran. Ein Tag vor der Anreise haben wir noch mal telefonisch nachgefragt und uns wurde gesagt, es ist ein Internetanschluss da. An der Stelle mussten wir feststellen, dass das nicht stimmte. Es ist vielleicht eine Kleinigkeit, aber wir haben uns trotzdem geärgert, weil die mitgebrachten Laptops etwas gewogen haben und wir haben sie umsonst geschleppt. Unser Fazit: für diesen Preis ist die Wohnung zu alt , mit viel Mängeln und lieblos ausgestattet.
