Welcome to our tastefully furnished ground-floor semi-detached home, “Norderland,” in Norden.
The house is located in a central area with limited traffic and is only about 3 km from the beautiful North Sea beach in Norddeich. Shops, a bakery, and ATMs are just a few minutes away.
The living and dining area is lovingly and thoughtfully designed. The living room features a Smart TV. A very comfortable sofa bed can be converted into a double bed. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
The bright and fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove, an oven, a coffee maker and a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a kettle, and other small appliances.
The bedroom features a cosy double bed with a luxury mattress topper (180 x 200 cm), a large wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. Roller blinds are installed on the window to block out light.
A very comfortable living room sofa bed can be converted into a double bed.
The modern and bright bathroom features a large walk-in shower, toilet, and sink, as well as a washing machine, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror.
Outside, you’ll find a spacious property with patio furniture and a terrace area.
A parking space and a storage room for your bicycles and e-bikes are also available.
The city of Norden’s visitor’s tax will be added to your bill after booking.
