Leider haben Leute in der Nachbarschaft nach 22 Uhr noch lange Lärm gemacht, somit konnten wir nicht gut schlafen. Zwei Fenster gingen schwer zu und der Türgriff an der Türe im Eingangsbereich hat sich gelöst. Die Spülmaschine ist auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in einem Wohngebiet mit diversen nahe gelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, fußläufiger Innenstadtnähe und nur 5km zum Strand in Norddeich. Der Garten ist sehr gemütlich mit Windschutz und angenehmen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten.
