    3-room terraced house 70 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Living/dining room 18 m2 with satellite TV, radio and CD-player. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room 9 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (2 x 95 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 6 m2, with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Sep. WC. Terrace. Haus gute grösse .Leider waren die Betten sehr dreckig..Kissen gelber schweisrand. Nicht schön..zum glück hatten wir unsere eigenen kissen dabei. Krümel unter dem tisch .haare im bad..sauberkeit hätte besser sein können.Ausstattung könnte moderner sein ..man fühlte sich in den 60er zurück versetzt ...sowas sie Schere fehlte .Staubsauger war leider kaputt..konnten schlecht zwischendurch selber sauber machen . Kein WLAN...total doof ...lage war gut.ruhig .Ausser Bahnstrecken gegenüber aber war ok

Leider war die Therme nicht richtig eingestellt, sodass wir nachts eine extreme Lärmbelästigung hatten. Alle drei Minuten ein Klacken und Rauschen. Die Bäder sind gefühlt aus den 80zigern. Auf dem Esstisch waren Brandflecken in der Tischdecke. Rollo im Schlafzimmer war defekt. Rauchmelder im Wohnzimmer waren abmontiert.

Schöne Wohnung gute Lage

Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen sehr gut geeignet, die Lage ist sehr zentral, Mann kann in Norddeich alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Einrichtung ist leider etwas verwohnt und könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Die Dusche im Badezimmer ist sehr klein, wenn man was auf dem Boden aufheben will, wird es schwierig.

Es ist ein sehr gutes und Ordentliches Ferienhaus, mit Schuppen für Fahrräder. der einzige „Mängel“, wenn man ihn so nennen mag ist, das das Haus kein W-LAN hat. Ansonsten war alles sehr zu unserer zufriedenheit

Bei ersten Etage hört man jeden Tritt. die Balken sind gespalten, ziemlich unheimlich. Die Decken sind dunkel, nicht freundlich. Wlan wäre auch sehr schön gewesen.

Erster Urlaub mit Hund

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft. Für Leute mit Einschränkungen könnte der hohe Einstieg der Dusche beschwerlich sein. Die Holzdecken in der oberen Etage knarren beim Drüberlaufen. Die Lage ist schön ruhig und es ist Alles gut erreichbar.

Das Ferienhaus ist gut aufgeteilt und es fehlt an nichts.Mein Mann, unser Hund und ich haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, so dass wir gerne wieder dorthin reisen würden.
