This luxury apartment also has a 24sqm, protected terrace facing south and a garden, which is regularly maintained and also protected by a local gardener. Location: This new apartment, located in a prime location, is within walking distance of approx. 6 minutes from the dyke on the level of the bathing beach as well as from the "Ocean Wave" adventure pool (each approx. 600m), a very good baker can be reached in 3 minutes.
