Experience a top-class stay for 4 people in our luxurious ground floor apartment: Breathtaking comfort paired with a wonderful ambience and first-class facilities. This extensive, luxurious vacation home promises you an experience for the whole family. The apartment is equipped with numerous special features that will make your stay even more pleasant. Stylish, flexible and modern - in our very well equipped kitchen you will be tempted to try tasty, unusual recipes and let your cooking and baking imagination run wild. The apartment offers two bedrooms, a bathroom, the living room, kitchen area and the terrace with a garden area of approx. 200sqm. From the terrace your gaze sweeps across the vastness of East Frisia. In the bright and comfortable living and dining room, you have the opportunity to make yourself comfortable on the great feel-good landscape and enjoy a cozy TV evening on the TV in HD quality. A 180x200 cm luxury box spring bed can be found in the first and second bedrooms. A flat-screen TV is also available here. You can find storage space for your luggage in the wardrobes. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Leider war der Boden der Dusche mit Schimmel übersät (in den Fugen). Dies wurde nach Reklamation aber zeitnah durch die Hausverwaltung beseitigt. Für uns zwischenzeitlich ungewöhnlich wurden Spülmittel und Handwaschseife nicht zur Verfügung gestellt . Mittlerweile ist das eigentlich schon in den Ferienwohnungen vorhanden. Das Geschirr war teilweise nicht gut bestückt. Aber alles in allem eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit grossem Garten der zum Spielen für Kinder sehr gut geignet ist. ##### Manuela K.
