You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

"Muschelperle"-close to the beach-EG-barrier-free-2 DSZ-2 Terras-dogs-question-fenced

The comfortable newly built apartment on the ground floor (ground floor) is suitable for 1 to 4 people and each has one or two double bedrooms. They are only 350 meters from the sea and 300 meters from the sandy beach. The dike can be seen from the terrace - a 5-minute walk to the North Sea (apartments near the beach).

The apartment (year of construction 2019) ground floor (ground floor) is barrier-free, approx. 70 square meters and has 2 large terraces (south-west and west). A beach chair and beach chairs are available for relaxation!

All rooms are equipped with an allergy-friendly natural Tarkett floor and underfloor heating. WiFi and Lan connections are available.

The apartment has a large living-dining room with balcony - 2 large terraces southwest and northwest, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer and, if required, changing mat - high chair and travel cot. There are one or two free reserved parking spaces "Möwenblick" available - a bicycle shed can be used.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Pets (€ 40.00 per dog) are allowed on request.

The minimum stay in the high season is 7 nights.
During the high season, the change is only possible on Saturdays (or by appointment).

The rental price is for 2 people and a bedroom.
When renting to 3 or 4 people, we charge for the 2nd Bedroom € 10.00 / night per person.
Maximum occupancy: 4 people

The service costs (€ 50) are included in the rental price.

Internet is available free of charge via WiFi and Lan.

Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented, or rented and paid for on site.
Duvet covers: € 7 per set
Towels: € 3 per set (2 towels, 1 shower towel, 1 tea towel)
All mattresses have the dimensions 90 x 200 cm.

The visitor's tax is to be paid on site when the keys are handed over:
Low season: 1.20 € / day per person (from 16y).
High season: € 2.50 / day per person (from 16y).
High season is from the 15th March to 31 October

Arrival: at the earliest 3.00 p.m.
Departure: 10 a.m. at the latest

Eine wirkliche schöne Wohnung mit großer Terrasse. Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral, alles ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.

Super Lage

Wir hatten einen richtig tollen Aufenthalt. Wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Die Kommunikation und der Check-In war sehr nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Wollten gleich fürs nächste Jahr schauen, leider war es schon ausgebuvht.

Toller Urlaub in Norddeich

Alles war gut Organisiert, Wohnung super Ausstattung, sehr gute Lage, Betten waren auch Gut, Gartenmöbel und Strandkorb vorhanden, Eingezäuntes Grundstück, unserem Hund hat es auchgut gefallen. Was mir gefehlt hat war eine Terassenüberdachung, da wir uns bei warmen Regenwetter gerne rausgesetzt hätten, das nur als anregung. Sonst top Unterkunft und ein toller Urlaub

Unser Urlaub war sehr schön. Das Wetter hat auch mitgespielt. In der Ferienwohnung hat absolut nichts gefehlt. Alles sehr gut durchdacht. Die Terrasse ist sehr großzügig. Zwei Strandkörbe , zwei Tische und sehr gute Terassenstühle. Gut ausgestatte Küche mit hochwertige Töpfe und Pfannen. Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch mit großem Fernseher und DAB Radio. Sehr bequeme Couch und Esssecke. Ein hochwertige Fersehsessel gehört auch dazu. Die Schlafzimmer hatten Doppelbetten und waren jeweils mit Topper ausgestattet. Wir haben wunderbar darin geschlafen. Das Badezimmer war mit zwei Waschbecken, großzügig Dusche ,Waschmaschine und Wäschtrockner ausgestattet. Das Highlight waren die elektronischen Jalousien in der ganzen Wohnung. Restaurants und Bäckereien waren in ein paar Minuten fußläufig eerreichbar. Von der Terrasse konnte man der Deich schon sehen. Es war ein gelungender Urlaub . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder

Schöner Aufenthalt

Urlaub in der Fewo am Leuchtturm

Wir haben spontan 6 Tage in Norddeich verbracht und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die FeWo an sich ist in Ordnung Ich fange mit den positiven Dingen an: - Dad Badezimmer ist wirklich toll. Die Dusche ist super und mit 2 Waschbecken kommt man sich nicht in die Quere - Die Küche ist auch top. Es ist alles da, was man zum kochen braucht und noch mehr. Die Elektrogeräte sind modern und alles ist super sauber. - Die Lage ist auch hervorragend. Man ist in unter 10 Minuten am Strand, beim Bäcker und in Restaurants - Insgesamt fehlt einem an nichts und es ist auch noch schön dekoriert also bis hier alles perfekt. Jetzt die nicht so schönen Aspekte: - Mit 4 Personen wird es wahrscheinlich sehr eng. Wir sind nur zu zweit gewesen und haben in das ungenutzte Schlafzimmer alles abgestellt, dann ging es. - Die Terrasse an sich ist großzügig und mit Gartenmöbeln und Strandkorb könnte man hier eigentlich schöne Stunden verbringen. Wir sitzen eigentlich gerne abends noch draußen und trinken ein Glas Wein oder frühstücken morgens auf der Terrasse. Das ist in der Fewo allerdings eher unangenehm, denn es besteht überhaupt kein Sichtschutz zur Straße / zum Weg. Die Blumenkästen mit Rankgitter sind zwar vorhanden, da wachsen aber leider nur Backsteine drin die dafür sorgen, dass sie nicht wegfliegen. Und jeder der vorbei geht guckt automatisch mal was man da macht. WIRKLICH BLÖD!! Wäre das nicht gewesen hätte es definitiv 5 Sterne gegeben. So leider nicht.

Alles vorhanden

Es war wirklich super, haben nichts vermisst, sehr sauber, gepflegt, ordentlich. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, allerdings ist Norddeich nichts für uns, wir lieben lange Strandspaziergänge, dies ist in Norddeich leider nicht möglich.
