- Dortjes Wattenschipperhuus is since 1907 owned by our family. So headstrong as the landscape, with the rough wind and the gentle breezes, is the good soul of the house. With meticulous attention to detail, we have tried to capture Dortjes ties to the sea and nature, to make you feel Ostfriesland and the uniqueness of the Wadden Sea. The house is situated in close proximity to the sea. There are only a few steps to the sea wall, between the North Sea resort Norddeich and Greetsiel. Holidays in Norddeich means, regardless of the season, recreation, nature, tranquility, but also activities, experiences, wind, sun, beach and water, and more. An important part of a successful holiday is always the property during the most beautiful time of the year.
