Die Lage ist super. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Leider keine Lademöglichkeit für E-Bikes im Abstellraum eingerichtet obwohl die Möglichkeit besteht. WLAN ist gut. Radio und Sat-TV vorhanden. Bad ist etwas für schlankere Leute aber ausreichend. Störend waren die Gärtner die die Grünanlagen am Haus und Umgebung schon früh morgens (an 2 Tagen) bearbeitet haben. Die Wohnung war sauber und das Bad ziemlich neu, aber klein. Der Rest sollte dringend erneuert werden, besonders das helle Sofa und die Sessel. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber Bäckerei und Restaurants sind in der Nähe in ca. 5- 10min. zu erreichen. Strand und Ferienzentrum fussläufig in 15 min und Hallenbad in ca . 10 min erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich. Die Küchenzeile hat den Charme der 70er. Ein 4Platten Kochfeld wäre zeitgemäß. Das Bad ist ansprechend renoviert, lediglich die Dusche ist etwas eng (ca60x60cm). Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der Empfang sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. ##### Stephan S. Dann war der Kühlschrank auf höchste Stufe gestellt,haben wir aber nicht sofort bemerkt.Wir waren einkaufen, und alles in den Kühlschrank.
