Open kitchen (oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Terrace 6 m2, lawn. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: not suitable for children under 6 years. Non-smokers only. Maximum occupancy: 2 people (baby or toddler as 3rd person is not possible). Terrace with beach chair.
