Allerdings in kälteren Zeiten ein großes Problem. ##### Renate ### 4/10 Poor #### Nadine N. 8 Feb 2022 Liked: Location Disliked: Cleanliness, communication #### Nie wieder in diesem Haus Schmutz, Spinnenweben, Spinnen, dreckiges Bad, Haare etc., Handtücher extrem abgenutzt und kunterbunt, wie von irgendwelchen Gästen mal vergessen, insgesamt dreckiger Teppich, Flecken, stinkt, Schimmel im Schlafzimmer, im Wohnzimmer an der Wand hinter und unter der großen Couch. Ich ließ Nachputzen. Putzte aber selbst nochmal im Bad, kaufte Schimmelentferner, Duftkerzen, Febreeze, Toilettenreiniger und Kalkentferner, auch Toilettendufteinhänger. Ein furchtbarer modriger Geruch die ganze Zeit, besonders nachts, trotz geöffneten Fenstern, auch im Kleiderschrank dieser Geruch. Fenster und Vorhänge ebenfalls auch dreckig. Es war Ende September und sehr windig und zeitweise Starkregen während meinen 8 Tagen Aufenrthalt. Da musste ich in dieser Wohnung rumsitzen. Internetzugang hatte ich auch nicht. Dies gab ich auch Bescheid. Mir wurde nur gesagt, dass das nicht sein könne. Zum Glück bekam ich das Internetpasswort in den verschiedenen Gasthäusern. Beim Auschecken erwähnte ich dies nochmal, auch den Schimmel. Mir wurde kein Preisnachlass gegeben, sondern nur gesagt, dass dies dem Eigentümer mitgeteilt würde. Wirklich sehr schade und ärgerlich, den 1\. Urlaub an der Nordsee so in Erinnerung zu haben. ##### Nadine N. Dann wurde des öfteren die Eisentür nicht ordentlich zu gemacht und somit wurde sie des öfteren von Wind zu geschlagen. Was nervig war weil mein Schlafzimmer gleich da neben an war. Das Quartier ist für zwei Personen weitgehend gut ausgestattet. Das Haus und die Grünanlagen sind gepflegt und wirken einladend. Es gibt ob der baulichen Gegebenheiten unterschiedliche Wohnungszuschnitte, weshalb sicher ein Blick ins Netz bei der Wahl der Wohnung von Nutzen ist. Die von uns gebuchte Wohnung 2 hätte auch keinen Quadratmeter kleiner sein dürfen, denn die Fläche und ihre Ausnutzung ist schon sehr optimiert und ist für wirklich zwei Urlauber dimensioniert. Im Grunde ist alles da, was man an Ausstattung und Geräten braucht, aber die zur Verfügung stehende Schrankfläche ist suboptimal. Jacken und Sachen in den gleichen Schrank zu hängen, oder zu legen, wo Besen und andere Reinigungsgeräte, dazu Terassenutensilien stehen, empfanden wir als unangenehm. Ich habe aber auf den ersten Blick auch nicht erkennen können, wo solch ein Schrank hätte stehen sollen. Wir haben deshalb aus dem Koffer gelebt, wie man so sagt. Der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster auf den überdachten Fahradstand ist wohl unvermeidlich, aber wer es nachts nicht so finster mag und den Rollladen nicht herunter lassen möchte, liegt womöglich auf dem Präsentierteller. Man muss quasi mit dem Objekt seinen Rythmus finden und am zweiten Tag hatten wir uns mit den Gegebenheiten arrangiert. Eine Lösung für die Sache mit dem Schrank lässt noch Luft nach oben. ##### Frank H. Die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung war mehr als optimal. Die etwas hoch angelegten Betten sind beim Aus- und Einsteigen etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Bei Vollbelegung der Unterkünfte sind Probleme beim Parken nicht ausgeschlossen. Ansonsten alles top, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! ##### Sabine W. ---
