Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, alles funktioniert. Im Bad und in der Küche sind die Wasserhähne sehr schwergängig und sollten erneuert werden.

Die Nähe zum Deich ca. 50 m und zum Meer waren großartig. Die Wohnung war großzügig und wir haben sie sehr sauber vorgefunden. Wir werden sie gerne weiterempfehlen und auch bestimmt wieder kommen. P. L. M.

Gut

Diese Ferienwohnung finden wir gut. Vom Balkon hat man einen Blick auf die Promenade und den Deich. Die Dusche wurde perfekt erneuert mit flacherem Einstieg, Haltegriffe und Schiebetüren. Leider war das Lattenrost im Bett schon mehrmals mit Kabelbinder, Klebeband und Tempotaschentücher geflickt, sodaß ich mit meinen 75kg eingebrochen bin. Am Tag der Reklamation bekamen wir ein neues Lattenrost.

Wohnung in toller Lage

Eigentlich würde ich der Wohnung ein sehr gut geben aber leider war der Einstieg in der Dusche (ca.40cm) zu enge. Ich kam noch rein aber meinem Mann war es viel zu eng. Eigentlich schade,da eine neue Duschkabine die von 2 Seiten zu öffnen wäre kein großer Aufwand wäre.Ansonsten hat alles gestimmt und es fehlte nichts. In der Küche fehlte zwar das Gefrierfach aber das wußten wir ja vorher und damit kann man leben.

Super Lage, alles was man braucht

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, aber das Badezimmer war nicht richtig reinlich. Beim Kehren fanden sich fremde Nägel am Boden. Das war sehr ekelig. Grundsätzlich tolle Lage und gut ausgestattet.

Apartment Baltrum-Badestrasse

Der gesamte Wohnkomplex hat nur einen Abstellraum für max. 6 E-Bikes. Es bleibt also nur die geschützte Abstellung im Fahrradraum. Dieser ist nur über eine steile und lange Rampe/Treppe zu erreichen. Für einen älteren Menschen in den meisten fällen unmöglich und gefährlich. Die Betten waren mir zwei unterschiedlichen Bettdecken ausgestattet, wobei eine sehr dünn für den absoluten Hochsommer war.

Urlaub am Deich

Die Unterkunft ist für 1 bis 2 Personen vollkommen ausreichend mit genügend Platz, die Ausstattung ist gut. Besonders Positiv ist der kleine überdachte Balkon mit tollen Blick auf den Deich. Leider ist der Einstieg in die Dusche für etwas größere bzw. Korpulente Menschen etwas zu klein. Der WC Sitz und WC Bürste könnten mal wieder ausgewechselt werden.

Urlaub direkt am Deich

Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ausreichen mehr als ausreichend. Guter Schnitt, der Balkon ist ausreichend mit Blick auf den Deich. Ausstattung ausreichend. Fußläufig ist alles zu erreichen. Die Duschkabine ist für Fülligere Menschen nicht so geeignet. WC Sitz und WC Bürste könnte mal wieder ausgewechselt werden. Ansonsten ein Sehr toller Aufenthalt

Diese Wohnung hatte zwar einen Balkon, jedoch ohne Meerblick wie unsere eigentlich gebuchte Wohnung, dafür ist eine Reha-Klinik gegenüber und entsprechend laut. Das Rollo im Bad ist ekelhaft, sowie der Läufer in der Küche unter dem Tisch. Die Dusche hat es eigentlich auch hinter sich. Im Wohnzimmer sind einige Knöpfe von der Schrankwand locker. Dafür ist in der Küche alles mehrfach vorhanden (Geschirr) und auch Brotmesser und Schere. Auch war ein Reinigungsset vorhanden.

Renovierungsbedürftig

Dusche alt und Fugen unansehnlich. Teppichboden um Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer nicht sauber. Licht im Schlafzimmer funktionierte nicht. Wurde repariert. Sitzpolster für den Balkon lagen hinter der Couch. Fenster dreckig. Ventil am Heizkörper im Schlafzimmer sehr schwergängig. Nur sehr leichte Sommerbettdecke vorhanden. Wolldecke zusammengeknüllt auf dem Schrankboden.

Die Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig. Wir haben die Wohnung in einem sehr unsauberen Zustand übernommen. Nach einer Reklamation wurde dieses auch nicht viel besser.

Schlechte Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Kühlschranktür schließt nicht richtig. Alle Amaturen sind verschlissen und haben ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Die Dusche ist dilettantisch mit Kabelbinder geflickt. In diesem Zustand ist die Wohnung nicht weiter zu empfehlen.
