Location is great. I would still recommend a car.

The resort definitely caters to tourists: think pancakes & burgers. I wish they would show more of their culture. Other than that the staff is amazing, resort is clean, everything you need is accessible. Love the Aloe store.

The room was spotless

We had an issue with the adjoining rooms, paper thin and noisy. There were kids screaming, all parts of the day and night. Security was notified but the issue was Never resolved. We were Forced to change rooms, at an additional cost of $400 to continue and enjoy our vacation. The pool area, which was supposed to be smoke free, was Not. People were smoking around the pool area with No enforcement. Hot tubs were too Hot to use or others too cold. Service was Good by the employees but it seemed there was a lot on the job training was going on frequently. The location was convenient and hope to return again to Aruba. We were very Upset, considering our inconvenience, that were charged $400 to upgrade, especially since the disruption we had was Not corrected. Overall, the employees did the best they could considering the circumstances. I asked to talk to a Manager twive, but All messages were relayed thru employees with No concern for myself or others in my party or friends with us. Thank you for your concern of this Matter. Gary
