While Non Klang itself is a small, rural area, the best time to visit the wider Ubon Ratchathani Province, and therefore Non Klang, is during the cool, dry season, which runs from November to February.During these months, the weather is pleasantly warm with lower humidity, making it ideal for exploring the natural beauty and cultural sites of the region. You'll find comfortable temperatures for outdoor activities like visiting temples or exploring local markets without the intense heat or heavy rainfall of other seasons. For travellers interested in local festivals, the Candle Festival in July is a significant event in Ubon Ratchathani city, drawing many visitors. However, this falls within the rainy season, so while the cultural experience is rich, you should be prepared for potential downpours.
