This HISTORIC VILLA is the perfect solution to enjoy an exclusive sea view, without giving up nature and greenery.



The ancient village of Noli will make you feel surrounded by the wonders of a territory that truly has a lot to offer.



TREKKING lovers will find, among many others, the Sentiero del Pellegrino, which connects Noli to Varigotti crossing cliffs overlooking the sea and the very fragrant Mediterranean scrub.



Those who prefer to stay in the water, or even under it, cannot miss Nemo’s Garden: just a few dozen meters off the coast of Noli there is the world’s first underwater farm.

Arrivals between 3 PM and 7 PM are accompanied by a member of our staff, who will show you how to reach the villa, and will explain the features of the house.

Alternatively, it is also possible to carry out self check-in by collecting the keys from the dedicated safety box.



A PRIVATE GARDEN welcomes the entrance, with a furnished patio where you can enjoy a meal or a barbecue surrounded by greenery and with sea view.



Those who prefer the sun can lie down on the sunbeds in complete tranquility. From here, a final staircase will take you into the house.



At the entrance you will find the classic “Here&There” signs, which will help you connect to the free Wi-Fi.



The DINING AREA is located right next to it, and you can also use it as a work / leisure corner.



The KITCHEN is essential in size, but still equipped with hob, traditional oven and microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and various utensils for your preparations.



The TERRACE is the real highlight, offering an unforgettable breathtaking view of the sea and the village.



Here you can enjoy a moment of true relaxation, having an aperitif or a meal in an exclusive panoramic position over one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.



The BEDROOM, with double bed, also offers a valuable view of the village.

The blue and white theme will make you feel even more immersed in the seaside context.

In this room you will also find wardrobes for storing luggage and clothes.



Bed linen, sheets, pillows, duvets and towels are provided for all guests.



The LIVING ROOM has an additional wardrobe, a modern Smart TV and a sofa bed for 2 people. This room enjoys pleasant natural light thanks to windows facing both the courtyard side and the sea side.



The FULL BATHROOM has a large shower box and is furnished with ceramic sanitary ware, hairdryer and mirror.



The villa is located in an elevated position above the village, which means open view, silence and, at the same time, beach and town center reachable on foot in a few minutes.
