- We are renting our house located in NOIRMOUTIER near Luzeronde Beach (a 10-minute bike ride away via the bike path).<br>Three-bedroom house: one double bedroom, a second with two twin beds, and a third with two bunk beds. One bathroom. A large living area with a fully equipped open-concept kitchen opening onto a cosy living-dining room.<br>Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Complete outdoor furniture set (deck chairs, umbrella, griddle…). Wi-Fi. Beautiful south-facing terrace and lovely garden.<br>Quiet house with a pleasant garden, well-exposed and sheltered, ideal for holidays or remote work.<br>Discount available for stays of 10 days or more
