Discover this beautiful house in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île, which can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. Nestled just a few metres from the beach, it invites you to fully enjoy your holiday. Whether you want to spend sunny days by the sea, take a peaceful walk on the beach, stroll through the town centre or simply relax and enjoy its outdoor space, this residence offers an ideal setting. The garden will be perfect for a moment of relaxation in the sun or for children to play. The terrace invites you to enjoy your breakfast, and finally, the inner courtyard awaits you for moments of gathering accompanied by an aperitif.   
  
The interior is beautifully decorated. The living area is an open space with numerous openings. You will find the dining room, its table is an invitation to gather around good dishes. The living room, for its part, invites you to moments of sharing. Finally, a cosy living corner is arranged if you wish to take a break in front of the television.   
  
As for the kitchen, it is fully equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, crockery, a Nespresso coffee maker, a French press, a toaster and a kettle, so that you can cook with complete ease.   
  
When evening comes, you can go to bed in one of the 6 rooms. Three of them are on the ground floor. The first will be perfect for children with its two bunk beds, the second and third are equipped with two single beds that you can push together if you wish to make a double bed.   
  
Upstairs, 3 other bedrooms. The first has a double bed, and the other two have two single beds that you can push together, thus allowing you to adjust the sleeping arrangements according to your needs. All bedrooms are simply decorated in light colours, thus providing an atmosphere conducive to rest.   
  
To complete, the accommodation has a bathroom with a hairdryer on each floor, 3 independent toilets, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, an ironing board, a baby bed, a ping pong table, a barbecue and the possibility of parking 3 cars.

#### Séjour très agréable

Maison sans charme particulier mais très bien située, au calme en limite du Bois de La Chaize. Maison moderne, tout confort, bien équipée, 14 chambres, bref très agréable à vivre. Mention spéciale à la Conciergerie (Hoomy), ça fait 6 ans que je loue à Noirmoutier et je n’ai jamais expérimenté une telle qualité de service : avant l’arrivée, pendant le séjour suite à quelques problèmes traités immédiatement, personnel extrêmement sympathique et professionnel 👍
