Accès aux plages en voiture ou vélo. Le confort est assez trompeur, une seule literie est de qualité, et les canapés et chaises sont assez anciens et inconfortables. Le fait d'être dans le centre de Noirmoutier-en-l'Île permet de profiter des commerces, de l'ambiance et de laisser sortir les ados seuls. La plage est à 5 mn en vélo et il y a une librairie fantastique à 50 m. La maison est assez grande pour 9 personnes et la cour est ombragée.
