  • Located on the 1st floor in a private residence in the city center of Noirmoutier and 10 minutes from the beaches, this very beautiful apartment with balcony overlooking the etier includes a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen area, a living area and a lounge area with a sofa bed for 2 people with television, a bathroom with toilet and storage, a separate bedroom with 140 bed and cupboard. PETS AND SMOKERS NOT ALLOWED
    The advantages of this apartment by the sea: You will benefit from access to the town center and shops on foot as well as the parking space. End of stay cleaning included

Séjour sympa à Noirmoutier, logement moyen

Tout à fait satisfait de l'accueil et du service de l'agence partenaire. L'atout du logement est son emplacement situé en plein coeur de Noirmoutier et la possibilité de stationner son véhicule. L'appartement mériterait un relooking et le remplacement de certains équipement usagés ou défectueux (store exterieur, étanchéité des ouvertures, cafetière, plaque de cuisson, canapé, ...)

Appartement sale à notre arrivée, frigidaire qui ne fonctionne pas (toute la durée du séjour!), vaisselle à relaver avant utilisation, location pour 4 personnes mais très peu de rangement, pas d'endroit où poser les serviettes dans la salle de bains, ni un simple porte manteau pour poser ses vêtements!
